TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Payments accepted: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Tuesday - Saturday 12Noon-5pm eastern.

Shipping:  If your shipping address is a P.O.B., or is in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States, shipping will be determined upon location to which items is being shipped.

Duties and Taxes:  Florida residents must pay sales tax.  All Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance:  The parcel will be insured to the cost of the auction.  This fee is included in the shipping cost. 

Warranty:  Items are guaranteed as described.  Assume normal, minor use marks and wear unless we describe the items as "MINT".  If you are unhappy with the item/s, we must be contacted within three days of receipt of the package. Item/s may be returned only after our approval. Returned item/s must reach us within 30 days of return approval.  We will refund the purchase price for the item but will not assume responsibility for return shipping/insurance fees.

 If an inventory discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any missing pieces. A refund is your only option if a substitute is not acceptable. 

The Return of any item for any reason except "not as described" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
